Marshall County Solid Waste District is a company that reduces the amount of home hazardous trash sent to landfills in order to conserve landfill space. In 2004, the District constructed the Recycle Depot as a permanent, year-round repository for issued garbage. They provide educational services to individuals of all ages in order to meet their purpose of promoting trash reduction, recycling, and responsible waste management in Marshall County.
